Call for information: New call for information issued for providers of children and young people’s financial education

Wednesday 15 November 2017

The Money Advice Service is conducting the first ever mapping of financial capability provision for children and young people, as part of our work to help better coordinate financial education in the UK.

We are inviting providers, funders, and commissioners to contribute to the first comprehensive picture of the financial education provision landscape for children and young people. We’re looking for projects, services, training, resources, or educational products with a specific financial capability element – whether it be local or national, small-scale or large-scale.

We will use the information to inform providers, funders, and commissioners in thinking about filling gaps and targeting resources and support in future. Ultimately, we’d like to have a single place online where outline basic info can be found about all the projects, which we hope will promote the great work that’s happening.

Providers, funders, and commissioners can take part in our research by responding to our survey here.
